We’re committed to using the latest technologies and sustainable building practices to transform 3700 St-Patrick into an efficient and durable building. That means installing energy-efficient (HVAC) lighting wherever possible and using LEED-certified materials in new construction like all-concrete flooring. Our retrofitted heating system uses new, efficient technology to power the original steam radiators found throughout the building.
